Model 1780. Where can I get a power cord?
Is there something odd about it? Take it to electrical shop and they should be able to match it. Or take the machine itself. Sewing machines are usually only 2 pin.

Do you need to oil the White Sewing machine model 9800?
get this question a bit frequently from folks,
it usually goes like this:
customer looking at repair bill:
what it needed oil ? but the manual says it doesn't require lubrication !
but I do caution folks on what kind of oil you put in there , most of the newer units have lots of plastic or polymer friction points , these you should not add a petroleum base oil too, as this softens the plastic up (there made of same thing ) instead use a synthetic lubricant these are easier on the plastics found inside modern machines
What type of grease is used?
It is sometimes called 'white' grease because it is white in color. IT MUST BE SAFE FOR USE ON PLASTIC! Petroleum based oil or grease will ruin plastic in a heartbeat.
