i have a clock model aqualand c500, and apearence the this problem "err" on display down. i can reset, but don't work. I'll leave in assitance.

The battery is supposed to last forever but this is what it is.

When was the last time you left the watch out to charge? EcoDrive watches are basically daylight powered. It can also use light bulb light to charge as well. My first suggestion would be to place it face up somewhere where it will get plenty of sunshine and leave it to recharge. It might take 3 or 4 days if it has gone totally flat but it will cost you nothing to do this. If this doesn't work I would recommend taking it to a good Citizen dealer and see if the watch can be serviced. If you have pulled the crown too hard you could have damaged inside the watch. A built in feature on some Citizen watches is the '2 second tick'. If the charge is low the second hand will jump 2 seconds at a time instead of one. When recharged it goes back to normal.

TRY pulling the stem all the way out and then press it VERY gently to see if if moves. Be sure the rest of the watch knows which half of the day you're setting it for, otherwise it will move ahead at noon instead of midnight.

You mean to say that your watches is not working after 5 minutes ? is yes the answer is you have to visit any Citizen service center near to you and ask them to solve the problem. Thanks for posting question

Take your watch to a jeweler store, perhaps in a shopping mail near you, and ask for it to be examined, and the battery replaced if necessary.

I'll need to know exactly which watch it is as there are a number of different ways of removing backing plates. Photos of the back of the watch would be just as helpful.
