Its possible you have a bad fuser unit

The bright light under the big glass is not working raise the doc feeder or the original cover and press the start button bright light should come on. if not replace the lamp and or the control board. Clean or change the drum cleaning blade,check the fuser unit rollers abd the transport belts.Clean the image transfer/separator coronas unit,check ,clean or change the drum antisplit bade,located under drum cleaning blade.

The problem is in the Fusing unit.Open the front cover,move the upper half release lever,remove 3 screws the rear cover and the PWB boars is located 1 RESET(trouble) microswitch.Turn ON the copier press the microswithc and the trouble is reseted.

The thermistor is located in the fusing unit in contact with the upper fusing roller.
