The memory board is bad or not in the correct location. If only one memory stick it should be in the slot marked Bit 0. if two sticks of memory both should be installed. Remove the stick with power off and clean contacts and re insert correctly.

Sir/Mam, Turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. 1 Check the fusing unit for proper installation and correct as necessary.
2 Check the connector between M3-PRCB CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
3 Check the connector of M3 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.
4 PS37 I/O check, sensor check.
5 M3 operation check PRCB CN2-9 (REM) PRCB CN2-12 (LOCK) bizhub C554 22-J bizhub C454 21-J.
6. Replace M3.
7. Replace the fusing unit.
8. Replace PRCB.

And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!! 1. Turn OFF the main power switch. Inside machine, leave sub-power switch on (Right side of control panel) 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and then it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. Magenta developer unit and or motor has the developer for the Magenta been replaced was it done properly? Was developer unit replace?????

You can copy from the bypass tray but not print. Go to the paper select and select bypass tray ensure paper is properly oriented.

The developer has not been changed and needs to changed. The drum also need to be replaced.

IT is 16year old today, and there are no spare parts, for it. cept used on ebay. the blinking lights in the manual mean, toner cartridge dead or fake one installed. on page 11. if got it to work there are no windows 10 drivers, now. Which draw 1? 2? or 3? or the bypass tray on the side?

Does line go down the 11" side or across the 81/2? does it happen when you use document feeder? try on the big glass. slit glass maybe dirty the small glass used by the document feeder. start a copy stop it by opening up the machine during the copy cycle at temp to catch the paper under the drum is the line there? or after it comes out it could either be the drum/image unit or the fuser.
