May be exproser lamp broken or damage .Please check the lamp .its no on than copy black

Its possible you have a bad fuser unit

Change the opc drum cleaning blade and clean the optical parts.

The light is a counter inside the copier that needs to be reset by a service tech after replacing the drum & developer in the copier. If it is working let it go till there is a problem.... Good Luck

Not sure what you are asking???? Check to make sure the copier is closed all the way and check for any broken corona wires.

Clean or change the drum cleaning blade,check the fuser unit rollers abd the transport belts.Clean the image transfer/separator coronas unit,check ,clean or change the drum antisplit bade,located under drum cleaning blade.

The problem is in the Fusing unit.Open the front cover,move the upper half release lever,remove 3 screws the rear cover and the PWB boars is located 1 RESET(trouble) microswitch.Turn ON the copier press the microswithc and the trouble is reseted.

The thermistor is located in the fusing unit in contact with the upper fusing roller.

Sir for developer will require you to remove the image unit then clean out the old developer and add new. Then run the service mode F8. Be careful of the drum keep it dark /covered.
