Make sure you are using original accessories, the battery and the charger. Take the battery out and check if its swollen in the middle, the battery should be perfectly flat any bumps you will need a new one. Another way to check is to lay the battery on a flat surface and spin it a battery that is bad will spin and one that is good will not make even one rotation.

Try these settings.

if you are using chrome, press the box right beside the address bar. then you can close them. same goes for the built in browser.

go to recovery by holding volume up, home button and power button from off. when you feel the phone vibrates, release power button only while still holding vol up and home button. once you're in recovery, choose wipe/factory settings by using vol up or down then when highlighted press power button to select it. wait for it to finish then reboot phone. if for some reason its still doing it, make sure your battery is charged enough to make the boot. if that doesn't do it then it might be your power button is faulty (a common problem for most galaxy s3, s4 phones) please read this for more info on rooting. One way is to connect to iCloud: create i-account within your phone

You can try to take the battery out and put it in a bag of dry rice for a couple of days.

tap and stay on the icon until the delete shows on top right of screen drag icon to the trash can.

I think you have "Hands free" mode on.

It's not the charger, it's the battery pack. The way phones are wired, power goes to the battery pack first and then to the phone electronics. If the battery is more than 18 months old and you keep it plugged in a lot; i.e., don;t allow the phone's battery to discharge near empty each time then battery life will be shortened. Keep phones in temperature extremes will have the same effect. Would recommend you consider getting one of those emergency chemical batteries for your cell phone and try that first before shelling out the bucks for a new NimH battery. (Remember, phone companies don;t make batteries... most are made by Mashushita (Panasonic) or Sanyo (bought out GE's rechargable battery business many years ago.) Hi Voicemail is normally a function of your service provider and not the phone itself. You need to contact your provider to check whether your tariff / contract includes voice mail. If it does, then they will be able to tell you how to set it up,and what number to dial etc. If your tariff / contract does not include voice mail, you may have to upgrade your tariff to get it.
