You local jeweler store will have a contact for basic watch repairs, and they will change batteries whilst you wait. For high end quality watches, you send them to an authorized service centre. The only clue to what you have in front of you is that it might be a watch as you posted to the Watches category. All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as the first three words in every question. Watches can be fully digital, with no crown (proper name for 'pull pin') to pull. They can be quartz electronic with an analogue dial and a crown. Finally they can be 'automatic', with no battery and powered by a spinning weight like my Rolex. that has a 3 way crown, pull to first position and it changes the date, pull all the way to change the time.
