Check your phone book...it will often have instructions in there...
All service providers have different ways of doing that, so even if I told you that I can do that by dialing *68 before my call, it may not work for you...
The best thing you can do is call your provider and get the instructions from them directly.

You may follow the steps below.
1. Press the caller ID-volume ( 6 or 5) button to scroll to the RINGER VOLUME sub-menu.
2. Press mute/program button to enter the menu. SET RINGER 1HI 2LO 3OFF shows in the display.
3. Use the touch tone pad on the handset to select 1, 2 or 3, or use the caller ID-volume
( 6 or 5) button to scroll to your selection. HI is the default setting.
4. Press the mute/program button to save your selection. You will hear a confirmation tone and the new volume setting shows in the display.

Welcome to Fixya. Have you notified your provider regarding this problem? There are instances wherein the Voicemail is being deactivated on the provider's end. Wait for their advise. If they say voicemail service is active, check for the voicemail settings on your handset. If possible, restore the settings back to default to have a fresh start.
