may be heater coil, located inside machine on back right side. unplug dryer, open dryer door and remove screws, with a flat tip screw drive gently pry on each top corner till it pops off, gently move panel forward and disconnect door switch. sit panel aside, lift top all the way up it is clipped on the back so it will not fall off. look to the back and right and the coil looks like a spring, it is easy to change, all you need to do is will the make and model call a appliance store and they can tell the price for a new one. good luck tim

Either way, plug or dryer cord the white wire goes with the green wire, they are pretty much the same. On the dryer at the block where you are connecting the cord, look just above it and you'll see wires coming into it, the red and black are on the outside, I'm not sure which color on which side but the white and green go in the middle on top one another and the red and black match respectively.
