Hello, this model has no corona wire, insted it has a trnsfer roller, the roller is placed on the dor of the machine and it is made from a sponge like material.

if you have over approx. 60-100k copies on the machine it sounds like you may need regular maintaince on the machine.to check how many copies you have press the user tools/counter button and then press counter.

may be admin lock or it show any kind of error code clear the code useing 107

replace the thermistor or clear the code sometimes power supply board defictive

look my friend check that pcr charge is good and devolper charge is good and try to try check on gears behind machine that it's rolling or not

Try this:
1. Press the Clear Mode key.
2. Use the keypad to enter 107.
3. Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds.
4. Enter the Service Mode. On the touch-panel, press Copy SP.
5. Press Exit twice to return to the copy window.
Turn the machine off and on.

The drum unit is self cleaning. If your getting streaks on your copies the cleaning blade in the drum unit is worn. Think of this blade as a windshield wiper.Needs a copier technician to replace it.
