The printer will not print any documents from any of the computers and its not saying anything under the job status

- if connected via usb ,check cable and usb port- check in properties if printer status is enabled and use printer with connection or use printer offline is selected- if connected via ethernet ping the ip adress and check cable -if connected right on the copier without a switch in between you need a reversed ethernet cable else you need a straight one through the switch
