Then there are a couple of screws down at the kickboard, and you remove the front and the door. Be careful as there are wires to the door switch. With the top and front off, you can slip the belt onto the drum by putting the the belt between the drum and front rollers (or drum slides). Feed the belt past the idler pulley and onto the motor spindle. Remember the idler pulley puts tension on the back of the belt. It is a great opportunity to vacuum all the dust out.
