Our Konica Minolta 1690MF only prints the centre of the page and not the rest of it, please help?

you may have to replcae the fuser . typically a fuser will have to replaced once every 4 toner replacements .have you tried the support site at konica-minolta ?http://konicaminolta.ca/business/products/office/printer/magicolor/magicolor1680MF/index.html

This is a print head or laser failure. it needs to be replaced. CAUSE: The SOS signal is not detected within a given period of time after the output of the laser has been started. SOLUTION: Replace the PH unit (p/n A034 R707 00) and if the error returns, replace the PRCB (p/n A034 H009 07).
