Low pressure coming through the sprayers

Hello Skip, Basically ensure water supply lines are properly sized (at least 3/8") not kinked and that supply valve is completely open. These also require a minimum of 20PSI, so ensure water pressure is to specification. I could copy and paste all of this, however the GE troubleshooting site likely includes your solution: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17395 I hope this helps. helpful-rmh1nkwavuqlpyc44d3sgb0s-3-0_4.png

Dishes not coming clean

Five common causes:-

1. The dishwasher hasn't got any salt in, or the salt dispenser control is set too low. Even if your tablets/powder have a salt function, it's often not enough in hard water areas and supplementary salt must be added to the salt dispenser.

2. There is no rinse aid in the machine or the dispenser control is set too low. Supplementary rinse aid may be needed even with tablets/powder which claim to include it.

3. The dishwasher is not reaching the correct operating temperature. This can be due to a faulty machine, or by using low temperature washes inappropriately. Low temperature washes are only suited to very lightly soiled loads which have not baked/dried on. There ARE special low temperature tablets/powders, but they're designed only for specialised domestic machines with low temperature overnight wash cycles or for commercial dishwashers.

4. The filters/debris traps at the bottom of the machine are not clean.

5. You're using the "wrong" brand tablets/powder. In this instance "wrong" simply means that your machine just doesn't get on with the brand you're currently using. price has little to do with it; I find with my current machine that the market leading expensive brand works poorly but the ultra-cheap supermarket basic value brand works perfectly. Also it can be down to using a genuinely wrong tablet/powder choice as per suggestion #3.

GE DISHWASHER PROFILE PDW9280 WILL NOT DRAIN LAST

Hi.

Check that the drain hose is set at the correct height, as specified in the manual. Otherwise machine will not drain correctly.

Check that drain lines are clear.

Check Part # 328 VALVE FLAPPER, and Part # 505 SUMP INLET , Sump filter and parts (see diagram).

If there is no problem with parts above, and pump is new, then the control module must be tested reading volts at pump. For safety reasons the test is better done by a technician.

My GE Profile dishwasher doesn't clean my dishes

Take off the arms and go outside with a hose and spray nozzle. If you spray it in the big inlet you can see which holes are blocked. I did the reversve and sprayed in the small holes and watched all this junk come out the big inlet. YOU WILL GET WET. it helps if you have a second person to help block other holes and do one at a time.
