Your hard disk has possibly failed, I would run tests on the hard disk, using another machine or caddie. The software I recommend for testing the hard disk would be "Seagate Seatools", which can be downloaded here: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/seatools/ This software should confirm the current state of your hard disk.

First, try another charger. Perhaps your charger isn't providing enough volts to the laptop

you need to remove the cover of the laptop locate the password jumper.(near the hard drive, clearly labelled.) take what looks like a little cap off. push the power on button for three seconds. replace cap close laptop, replace cover, and your password will be reset. leave it blank, do not do this with laptop a/c power cord plug into wall socket.

It seems that the Hard Disk is disconnected from it's connectors
It needs to be fixed and installed correctly.
To do that, there are screws in the back, remove them and disconnect the hard disk, and reconnect, fix it correctly.
If it's difficult to you, go to technician to do that.

Is this a horn long beeps that you are referring to or short beeps. These are 2 different issues - one is with display while the other is with RAM
