want to change my htc shift x9500 language to English

Windows 7 is great. And I reset windows 7 password when i lost it last time.Password recovery should be performed with a password recovery tool which can work for windows 7. You can download a password recovery tool and install it in a computer you have access to, then burn a password reset CD/DVD or USB flash Drive by following its guide. You can try hard reset the unit, see if you can back up your data because this will delete all content on the device, if tha thard reset doesnt make any difference you will need to send it for repair. Here are the steps for hard reset:

You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

1. First solution is to use Google account associated with mobile

What you have to determine is why the system is not booting. Is it a software or a hardware issue? Try booting your laptop, and as soon as the machine starts to bootup, press the key or keys required to enter the setup (CMOS/BIOS). Check to see if the hard drive is being recognized by the CMOS. If so, check to boot devices and te boot order to be sure that the hard drive is selected as the firs boot device. If the drive is being seen and is the first device and it still won't boot, the problem is most likely a corrupted software load. Without a boot disk you are pretty much up the creek without a paddle for basic repair. If your machine has a recovery partition, you may be able to access it and restore the laptop to factory load, but all your programs and data will be lost if you do this. If the BIOS/CMOS did NOT recognize your hard drive, you can attempt to remove and reinstall it and try again. It that fails then the only solution is a new hard drive.

first install the software that came with the phone. On the disk is also the driver you need. Then connect the phone. Never try to connect anything on an USB port, before you have installed the correct software (and driver)
