Hello Mr Wilson,I have looked into this for you. There could be several things that can cause this, recent updates needed, Battery, etc.... So, instead of guess work, What I am doing is giving you (In case you don't have it) the owners complete manual with trouble shooting etc.... And some other links for support and numbers etc.... I've got the 565 and everything will be working fine and then the depth finder or bottom of the lake goes to 6ft. Have to shut it off for an hour and it works for a wile but it always goes back to doing it anything I can do? Thanks Jeff
