I have the veo personal web camera with built in mike. I have tried to get it to run with skype but I am told to shut down all programs running with the camera. As far as I know there are none. I would like some help with this please. I have noticed that going into control panel that in scanners and camera, I do not have the webcam. Is that alright? It seems to be there for mike and sound.
Check with the Task Manager to make sure there really is no porgram using the webcam, Logitech also has an application installed that is not visible. In some cases this background application is actually required, in others it can cause problems. Not sure if this is true for the Veo cam.

i need drivers for a veo 642vs3cx :note : i plug in the camera to the usb port an windows recognizes it but its not showing me in my device manger that i have any drivers installed for this device to funcation /plus i have no images or veiw any thing on my computer screen
OK try this uninstall the usb ports in the device manager and restart your comp
the usb port will get loaded again and maybe the usb camera will get detected

how can we video chat (skype) with the veo camera?
Hi!
Sign in to your skype, click on tools, then go to video settings and set up your camera-see if skype recognizes it. Choose the your camera on drop down menu and save settings. Now you can normally make a video call (the other side has to "reply with video") In case your camera does not load automatically, then click on camera icon in picture window menu (just above the chat window).
