Unplug your set and take the back off. Look for a pinched wire that would run from the key board to the main board. This is the most likely cause. If you find pinched wires, free them up and wrap some electric tape around the wire or wires that are pinched. If this does not fix your problem, then you need to replace the keyboard.

The power supply regulator system inside your TV itsef or an other board connected with the main circuit is faulty [shorted] components in it, causes this problem. At first the set power ups, and send all power supply voltages to the other boards, then starts to work, but when it starts to work, its main system control IC [actually a pre-programmed microchip], detects a fault, a short or any other, and send a stop signal to the main power supply reguator board to stop supply to other sections; to prevent damage to more parts. This is a protection measure with every modern TVs; especially on samsung, even a slight fault occures anywhere inside the set's internal circuit, the microcomputer IC, stated above will detect it and will stop the set from further functioning.
To detect this fault, you have to start from the power regulator section onwards. you must have sound knoledge in working of an LCD tv, and a concept of soldering and desoldering, all testing equipements, more concentration and patience. You also must have its internal schemtic diagram with you to refer the voltages at certain main points at the circuit board. Also have the knoledge in following the schematic diagram of the tV too. If you have all these, you can do the work by yoursef at home. If not, get it repaired by any experienced service techincian. Insist on a well experienced one, since LCD TVs are very sensitive to static, and proper care should be given to it when servicing. The Samsung HDTV you refer to is a North American model and is not designed to accept Scart (European) connectors. However, you may be able to connect your component by using a Scart to RCA adapter. This will allow a Scart component to connect to the HDTV if you get the proper adapter with yellow video and white and red audio RCA connectors which will indeed plug into the HDTV. Look around on the web for cables and adapters like the example here:

Even though it is close out snd no return, it still should be covered by warranty, otherwise you will have to so some troubleshooting, but find out first from BEST BUY.

Yes, but it'll cost a lot - probably at least $250 for a refurbished part. Your best bet is to shop eBay, Craig's list and the local electronic recyclers for broken sets of the same model with a good screen. Take your circuit boards out (except the panel driver) and put them in the other set, and hopefully you'll be good to go.

It depends it the breackage didn't get throught he back lighting part.If the only the LCD yes it can be replaced but if the back lighting is damaged too just replace the display(it comes with L:CD and baclighting).

Could be bad caps or the YSUS board or a component on it has failed. I would go with recaping the bad ones on the PSB-power supply board first. this is the first signs of failing caps. Sound but no pic. When caps go bad they cut off the trace circuitry to the other boards they are connected to. Soon enough you won't even have sound, just a blinking fault LED at startup.

They are metric screw either M5 or M6, you can get them at HD or LOWES for about 35 cents each so you can get different size to try on.

how to use pen drive in it

When you say 'rainbow look', do you mean vertical coloured lines on the screen? If so, then you will have a faulty Tcon. Could you get a snapshot of the fault and post it on here please then we can identify the problem more easily.
