I hope you have bricked up your phone. Just use ODIN, download stock rom zip packages, put phone in download mode, plus USB, load rom files in ODIN, flash the update and then it will work. (Actually it worked for me).

try to reset factory settings...found on SETTINGS of your phone. if does'nt work. you need to replace a new battery

hi andrewpez85 there is a reset on the htc. you need to push that button down for a 30 secs on the phone ok. If you can get to that button. You should be able to reboot the phone now. take the battery out and after the hard reset is done.
