I have an LG Neon and I cant unlock it, I dont have a cord to attach it to the computer I just need the code so I can successfully put my SIM card in it... please please somebody help me I bought it off a friend but they neglected to tell me it was a Fido phone.
on the touch keypad "dial" 1809#*365# to enter Engineering Mode and select 4-Master Reset. You'll lose everything stored ON THE PHONE but will retain SIM card stuff and of course SDMicro stuff. The phone itself will be in out-0f-the-box condition

my LG KS360 won't turn on. when i charge it, still nothing happens.
You should try taking out the battery and then putting it back in. Then hold the power (the red phone button) button for about 5-7 seconds. If the screen STILL doesn't show, then I'm afraid that there is a hardware problem and you should take it back to the place where you bought it.

But I have not got unlock code
turn phone off WITHOUT sim and type:1809#*360# and press factory reset. Put new sim in! Voila!

I also have the same problem with making calls on this phone. Sometimes when the sound finally does go through, all I hear is the very end of someone's answering machine messages! I have had several clients become frustrated when they see that I am calling but dont respond when they pick up the phone. I also can't hear voicemails.
i guess a lot of the neons have been having issues when dialing out. i finally found the solution for mine. i switched the text messages from threaded to general view and havent' had a problem since. good luck.

how to make the LG KS360 fully touch screen because its only touch screen for dialling phone numbers
all you have to do is
1. access the Inrt file settings
2. type your serial code and Pg number
3. select enable all touch
that should do the trick

unfortunatley I guess there is no mod software for this phone to modify it completley , i think it's a significant disadvantage of this phone coz it could have been equipped with great functions , and options.
