1. The internet failure is just because sometimes the service only is strong enough for phone and texting. If it has a little phone next to the bars, it means you can only call. If you can use the internet, then the top will say G7. I had the same problem. just charge, and then restart your phone.

2. There might be a problem from the phone itself. Please confirm the matter by inserting the memory card in another phone and if it doesn't work, you will definitely have to get it formatted.

I couldnt find a solution to this problem... If you can take it back to place you got it from and say its faulty. I did that and they replaced my phone with a new one... No problems yet ~ but I've only had it a day...

Hi , Try entering ur default pin for sim . . it must be anyone of the following depending upon the service provider . 0000 , 1234 .if ur SIM pin is wrongly entered u will be asked to enter PUK no .PUK number is related to your sim card and not to ur mobile . PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number. You will have to give some identification as proof .Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.U can also get it from the nearest service provider .

NOTE: You should ask your service provider,get the PUK,if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if an invalid PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code
