Do you have any other cards to try on this phone?

the issue could be that the card reader - the metal pins that are supposed to touch the card are not touching it properly, please check with another sd card, if the same issue comes up, then there is most likely a problem with the card reader or its pins not touching the card.

Since it may be difficult to adjust the pins, I would recommend that you take the phone to a local phone shop and show it to them, they may be able to sort out the problem or point you to a repairer. I wouldn't recommend trying to pull the pins yourself, you might break them if you are not careful.

Hi i'm Rain First lets try a Soft Reset.
Remove battery ,wait 1 minute replace battery and boot Mobile device.
If this does not work you will need to do 1 of 2 things. Take the phone in and have them reset it.
The other option is a Hard Reset.
To perform a Hard Reset :

• Select Menu
• Select Settings
• Then select Security
• Click Master Reset
• Then select yes
• Type Default password 0000 4zeros
• Select done

Phone will reboot after it has performed the Master Reset.

• Flip open
• Enter 277634#*#
• Scroll down to #4 port setting and click ok
• Scroll down to #4 mass storage and click ok
• Scroll down to #5 mass storage remove and click ok
• Press clr to get out of the menu's

I had the same problem. There are little teeth inside your phone and the connection for the charger. One or more may be bent and if one of them is not touching, the charge will not start. I would recommend either purchasing a new charger or bringing your phone to the location you bought or another authorized retailer and have them take a look at the "teeth".

have you taken out the battery and put it back in? If this helps then quickly get the numbers on the sim card. If it does not work but the key pad works you may have to do a little repairing.
