Can be due to failrue of the touch screen, failure of the motherboard or an errror inthe software.
Now to get to the correct fault it will be better to have the phone checked for te error code a the nearest AT&T centre.

If your mobile is a CDMA mobile you can flash it else if it is not a CDMA mobile you have to get it from the service provider.

For CDMA and for non-CDMA the steps are totally different.

For CDMA:If your mobile is CDMA you have to flash you mobile,to get it working.Flashing is a process by which you erase the software of your phone and install new firmware so all the details get erased,so the code and all the details in the phone will be erased.Flashing is a risky,You have to follow predefined steps very carefully.

Note:If the flashing stop inbetween at any point during the process,the phone is waste,you can't use it more.If you feel you have some hand's on you can do it.else please got the nearest service center and ask him do it.It will cost very less and may vary according to the phone.

the touch screen of the phone you are using is weak and it is not responding properly again.

in ther to resolve the problem,you will need to replace the touch screen with a new one.

For touch screen replacement , Contact a technician.

Just make sure the sims card will fit in the hole

check the manual for the audio formats that the particular model play....then move the files to the audio folder under media file....

overe there please check if some thing is disable if yes then highlight it and click on enable and then try to access

if that doesn't work you need to install java and shockwave flash object
