HI DEARCHECK WHEN YOU POWER ON THE PHONE DO YOU HEAR POWER ON SOUND OR CHECK IF YOU CAN RECIEVE CALLS WELL.IF BOTH ARE YES THEN THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM WITH LCD DISPLAY OR DISPLAY IC, BOTH CAN REPAIRED BY HARDWARE REPAIR PERSON. IF YOU CANT HEAR POWER ON SOUND AND CANT RECIEVE CALLS AS WELL THEN UPDATE THE THE PHONE FIRMWARE

I had this happen with H2O wireless. I had selected "add data" on their website and it changed my account, effectively de-activating me from the network. uhh. call consumer service or pay your bill :)

PIN CODE:HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin .If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Do not try PUK(new pin code) code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software..

You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

im having the same issue... after talking to at&t they told me it is a software problem in the phone... and there's nothing the can do. mine just started last night

When you buy a contract phone from cellphone network company,they lock the phone so that your phone can only use there network while in most countries there are a few network suppliers to prevent monopolizing to keep prices competitive but unfortunately,these companies are allowed to lock the phones on to there own network to prevent you from going to another service provider with the phone you bought from them.My Personal opinion is that this practice is illegal as it prevents or sabotages competition in the market.To your detriment and financial costs you must pay them to give you the unlock codes for you to be able to use networks of your choice seeing that the cellphone belongs to you as you have bought it and they still try to prevent you from using your property where you want to. It is about time that authority `s ban this practice to prevent monopoly`s and further i say it is theft to make you pay to open your phone to use it where you want to. DEMOCRACY is the word.
