The error is: E 61 10 Zoom operations fault Inspect the lens block zoom reset sensor

Here are some things that are reported to work:

Reset the camera:
Home>Settings>main settings>Initialize>ok

If that doesn't work give the camera bottom a couple of slaps against the palm of your hand or strike the bottom against a book to knock the lens mechanism back in place. Be resonable with the force, you don't want to break the thing. It may take a half dozen wackings to get things settled.

Using the menu you will need to go to the language link to select for english. Use your manula to find the timing to go around and click accordingly if the japanese language is not known to you. If you follow the menu and shift one by one to the other language menu , your puzzle will be solved. So memorise and go on, the tip is study the number of links/subject in the open window and each window wil have specific number of titles so get to the language link . Good day

Your Memory Card is faulty. It should be taken to an authorized repair centre for a repair estimate. Very few digital cameras have any user-serviceable parts. or just get a new card
