Zoom lock up when tryng to take a shot

If you havae recently dropped the camera you may have damaged the lens tube (housing) or jarred the zoom mechanism off of its track -- both problems that require professional repair. Otherwise, your problem may be due to weak/worn out batteries or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, chances are that your batteries need to be replaced because they're just too worn to properly power the camera.

?Smudge on lens maybe? Shows up in pictures.

Hi!
Does the smudge changes / mooves as you zoom the lens? If so, the smudge is most likely on the focus lens, if not, there's something on the CCD. In both cases the lens will have to be taken apart and cleaned by a professional. I suggest you contact a local repair shop and see how much they ask for it.

Can i load pictures from my sd card without using

The only other way is to transfer the photos from your SD card to a CD or DVD and then you can use that CD or DVD to transfer the pictures to any computer you want. Some computers have an SD slot in the front, so you don't need a USB drive in that case. You can also go to a photo store or even a kiosk photo machine that you put your SD card in and it will develop the photos and you can get a CD sent to you from Kodak or whoever owns the machine. USB drives can be bought for $10 or less now, so maybe the easiest thing would be to get one.

My Canon pc1234 keeps saying I have a memory card error. How come?

The card may be corrupted and unusable. Try with a new SD Card. If that doesn't work, you need Canon Service. Try formatting it in the computer, add images and see if you can see the images in the camera.
