It is my guess, that with an error message so specific, that if no burners are working, it is not the front right burner at all. Hands on testing is the only way to be sure. F152 means the right front burner has failed, the sensor in it is bad, the burner will need to be replaced.

I think you need to replace the key pad control panel.

This is not to code. The white is neutral and is of the same polarity as a bare wire. The red and the black are considered hot and would be 220.

Try pushing it in and turn, if no sucess replace switch turn off gas first.
