One paddle on rotor may be hanging up. Take end cover off clean the rotor and paddles and set the clearage to .0010 .It should work all right. Ken's RepaIR
FAN GET STUCK
There is a vane type air pump on the back of the blower motor. It is made of carbon material. It is possible that the pump has broken and is stopping the motor from turning. Take the back plate off of the motor to access the air pump and check it.
I may need a replacement air pump for this heater
Before you buy a pump, check the filter cover for cracks. You can make a soap solution using dishwashing liquid and a little water to spray on the cover. Turn the heater on and look for bubbles coming out of the cover. Check the model # and go to
