You will need the install disc -- put the disc in your cd rom drive and follow the install instructions.

Possible drivers problem. Enter the website of the manufacturer of your machine on the internet and download the drivers for your pc/webcam model.

My version of Power DVD is 7.0 software. I lost it and had to reload it. I'm not sure if they offer it free on the internet but maybe you know someone that has the installation cd.

Well cyberlink has a lot of different programs. If you didn't get the serial number for your product before you upgraded you will have to repurchase it.

click on the start button look down the list and see if you find you cam click on it and open

1. Check your volume setting of CyberLink and computer.
2. Check your Blu-ray player.
3. Use Blu-ray ripper to rip your disc to MP4 or AVI video and watch it with your computer.

well depending on the software you are using,might be able to highlight a section of the scrubber bar by pressing the space bar and with the mouse drag the scrubber head across till selecting a portion of the scrubber bar, then you can just hit delete.

you need to burn a dvd to a blank dvd. a cd is not good for a dvd
