well if your lcd has no bulge capacitors test your tft lamp both top & down of the screen( particularly top) with spare tft lamp. or use another screen to test it. secondly, test the c5607 transistors in the inverter section but if you know how to use spare tft lamp very well , you will easily detect between your screen & the inverter

try separating the wiring. touching wires cause cross-talk.

all of these solutions are bad. I have checked the capacitors. Nothing is working.

This seems to be problem of the electronics on the power / Inverter board. If you can do electronic repairs I can guide you . Samir

First use an external light sorce like a LED flash light. With it close to the screen do you see a light ghosty image of the desktop?

If you do then either your backlight's or backlight power circuit have failed. If the monitor is not under waranty some repair shops may be able to fix the problem.

If there is no image then the LCD is not conecting to the main board and the monitor will need to be replaced.

Oaky if you have taen the monitor aprat to point of actually seeing the back lights then you want to make sure there are no cracks near the ends and no charing mars on the reflective metal casings. if they are fine then the problem will be in the control circuit. This will be the board with the external power conection. There will be a series of Capacitors on this board. Look for ones that are slightly bulged on the back side. If you dont see any then look for grouping of them in 480-1000 f and ussualy between 10 - 25 v. These are what affect the watt load for the backlights. You can find replacements at most Radio Shack or electronic hobby shops. Use .032 diameter 60/40 rosin-core solder and no more then a 30 watt iron or you will scorch the board. The SMPS is not triggering and driving the MOSFET and so this makes the +B voltage build up on the main capacitor to HOLD on without drain as there is no switch frequency to drive the MOSFET.
Please try and trace the feedback to the MOSFET, can be the SM transformer, the feedback circuit or also a short on the secondary side.

If your monitor is going black every minute... It is most likely a problem with the backlight lamp or the inverter board that drives the lamp. Fixing this issue would require disassembly of the monitor and testing the lamp and the inverter board. Most commonly it is the lamp that burns out. The cost of repairing this issue with parts and labor is typically more expensive than replacing the unit.
