If the printer can copy a document under the glass, black and white and color, then it will be a driver issue. Make and model of your computer and operating system? 32-bit or 64-bit? you can reduce picture size using any photo software best is photoshop, you may have microsoft picture viewer, and a lot of soft. Scaner may not let you less then 72dpi to get normal picture for print.

Please check you may have another wireless connection other than your own set as automatic, or more than one connection in your settings of the same name, so right click on your network icon in your task bar or in network connections in device manager and select view all wireless connections, click on it and when all the connections show, highlght, delete all of them, then close the window.
Your notebook should now indicate that it found new wireless connections, click on the popup and select your connection name and click connect, at this point you will be asked to enter the passkey if you have security enabled.

Unfortunately, if the correct Dell cartridges are in place and fully seated, the cartridge missing message indicates that the sensor in the printer isn't correctly recognizing the cartridges. If you have used non-Dell cartridges or refilled cartridges, try new Dell cartridges and check for signs of ink leaking in the system. Some printers have a removable print head that can be cleaned or replaced. I'm not sure about this printer. If the printer is under warranty, contact Dell. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

I think there is no drivers for Mac. Just the printer does not support MAC OS

Goto to the set-up in the software on the machine and select to have the fax print you a confirmation page, upon successful completion of fax being sent. That will fix your problem for the future, as for right now. There might be an option to print out all the history of your machines transmission that might tell you. But it wont give you a positive confirmation, will just show you the transaction. Good Luck!!
