Look under the scanner area-Where the finished paper copies come out- There is a little green Tab. Pull Green Tab forward.

1. Unlock the Scanner by reaching under the Control Panel on the left side and pulling the green lever forward.
2. Press the [Stop / Clear] button on the Control Panel.

Solo hay que desconectar la bateria interna que esta debajo del panel por un momento , conectas la energia sin conectar la bateria , si todo esta bien vuelves a conectar la bateria y ya no te dara mas problemas.

Hola.Me sali? esa falla en una Dell 1815 pero he visto que tambi?n la hace en algunos equipos Xerox como el tuyo pero se debe a que el fabricante de las dos es Samsung por eso tienen mucho en com?n.Resolv? la falla cambiando un paquete de tres pilas Varta que daban en serie 3.6 v por una de una bateria de celular ya que las pilas salen caras y solo hay que soldar los cables del conector con la polaridad correcta y ya se le quit? la falla,creo que ese c?digo lo pone cuando ya las pilas llegan al final de su vida ?til.Espero que te sirva mi respuesta y corrijas el problema.Saludos

Ese error lo manda porque ya la bateria de respaldo que lleva en el tablero(generalmente de 3.6 volts) ya lleg? al fin de su vida y hay que remplazarla, en mi caso me lo hizo en una Dell 1815, pero la marca fabricante es Samsung, abarca Dell, Samsung y Xerox, esas bater?as eran tres marca Varta tipo bot?n grandes en serie de 1.2 volts que sumaban los 3.6 volts,como son muy dif?cil y caro el conseguirlas lo que hice fue soldar los terminales de los cables positivo y negativo a una bater?a de celular recargable que ten?a el mismo voltaje y se lo pegu? con silic?n a un espacio en el tablero y ya funcion? bien.Ojal? y este tip les sirva.Les mando un saludo amigos.

The fuser door is at the back of the machine. Open the door, pull down and close firmly shut. If the error persists it could be that the sensor has gone bad. The sensor is actually hard wired to the High Voltage Power Supply that sits right above the paper tray underneath the machine. The problem may lie in the fuser or imaging drum; there may still be small pieces of paper jammed in them or any where else along the paper feed roller/trail. If you do remove the fuser or any of the other consumables, make sure the printer is turned off and the power cord removed at the outlet (receptacle). Allow the fuser enough time to cool down. Serious burns (1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns) can occur- the fuser gets extremely hot. Should you need to remove the imaging drum to inspect it for any more tiny pieces of torn paper, do it in a very dimly lit room; use a black plastic garbage bag to store it in. If the imaging drum is exposed to direct light, especially sunlight- you will damage it completely, or possibly shorten the life of it; very expensive to replace. If there is serious damage other than what I covered and it is going to cost more than half or 2/3rds of what the printer is worth, you're best option is to buy a new one; and dismantle the damaged printer for its precious metals- you can get some money back at the scrap metal yard for the gold, copper, steel, and aluminum; and recycle the plastic parts for $$ too, if available in your area.

Probably it's the jammed paper that might caused the error. I suggest have it serviced by the technician. Primero , apaga el sistema y desconecta la energia
Luego hay que desconectar la bateria interna que esta debajo del panel por un momento , conectas la energia sin conectar la bateria , si todo esta bien vuelves a conectar la bateria y ya no te dara mas problemas.
