Can you give a location of R138?
Is it on the easy side? E.q. the side of the motherboard wich is accessible by removing the bottom plate? I see Q24, located close to CPU. If possible, post a picture of R138, with some components visible.

Check RAM/ memory module and clean the connector with pencil eraser. To do that you have to open rear door using screwdriver. If it doesn't work, replace it with the good one that works.
