Go to www.google.com and in the search box type "Toshiba Support". Look for drivers and downloads. When you are on their site you will need to give the model number and operating system in order to get the correct camera driver. Download the driver and install it. Another option is to click Start/Control Panel/System or System and Performance and get into your device manager. Look for Imaging Devices or Input Devices and you might see the camera. If you do right click on it then select properties, then you can select the option to update driver. If all fails and you need a simple application program and driver to use your web cam. In google search box type "download.cnet.com" (without the quotes). Click the link provided to go to the site download.cnet.com and when it opens look to the left side of the window you'll see a gray area that says "Find Software". Type in: Manycam and click the search mirror. The next page will bring you the findings of the search and Manycam is the second one on the page. not to sure how that can be fix for its very important to have the updates done for it updates the system and it is required to let the process finish. Take your computer to a shop and they will be able to help u but do not ask how much it would cost. :)
