Toshiba L305-S5933 My laptop just wont

Blue screen should give an error number- if it will still start that far. That error code would help you -just search on-line for the error number, but see Microsofts answers, not to get a dodgy answer. I believe the L305 is a Vista base laptop (unless updated). There are a few things you can try- If system restore did not work, it is possible the hard drive has a faulty segment- If you have a vista cd, you can try command prompt from there (scroll down the page to see it) and in command prompt window- type 9apparently 32 bit vista recovery iso is available here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/15074/Recovery-CD-for-Windows-Vista- chkdsk /f/r then press enter button-when finished type in EXIT, and the window will close. This will then check and fix any disc errors If it still refuses to boot- Go to command prompt, and type in bootrec.exe /FixBoot For more instruction on this go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/927392/use-bootrec.exe-in-the-windows-re-to-troubleshoot-startup-issues First the ram- Try removing one at a time, and see if that will work-or, change the ram, or, try the ram in different slot, one at a time.

None of the Fkeys work when i push them. And yes the laptop is turned on.

Insert your recovery/restore disks and see what happens. If your cmos is set to boot up first off of your optical drive you should get various repair/install options and keys should work.

Laptop worked fine then shut it down turned it on again & TOSH screen appeared but then screen went black and a blue box came on saying Enter Current P'word. when i did that the laptop turned off.

Last time you used the computer you did something wrong. Of course, computer said nothing but it reared its ugly head when you restarted it! Computers are treacherous - they bite you when you least expect it - women are more predictable. See if you can boot up by hitting the F8 key and selecting " last setup that worked" option. Do you have restore disks? If so use them to go back and possibly repair the OS. Also check with Toshiba for any other options. If nothing you just might have to reload the unit from scratch using the restore disks. If you never made them as advised then you are really scr--d. Either you buy the disks from Toshiba or you borrow some friends)S disks and do the deed.

Black screen won start

Look for a brightness up/down arrow in the F1 - F12 buttons on top of your keyboard. Try tapping on the up arrow for brightness, also try tapping it while holding the Fn (function) key of your keyboard. If it seems like no power is going to your screen, you may need a new screen or a computer technician to look at it. If someone you know is good at hardware, have them check the power connection before paying a store or technician.

Web Camera not responding

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type "Toshiba Support". Look for drivers and downloads. When you are on their site you will need to give the model number and operating system in order to get the correct camera driver. Download the driver and install it. Another option is to click Start/Control Panel/System or System and Performance and get into your device manager. Look for Imaging Devices or Input Devices and you might see the camera. If you do right click on it then select properties, then you can select the option to update driver. If all fails and you need a simple application program and driver to use your web cam. In google search box type "download.cnet.com" (without the quotes). Click the link provided to go to the site download.cnet.com and when it opens look to the left side of the window you'll see a gray area that says "Find Software". Type in: Manycam and click the search mirror. The next page will bring you the findings of the search and Manycam is the second one on the page. Click the Download Now just to the right of Manycam and download and install it. Be sure to uncheck and decline any offers for buggy toolbars or any other junk they want to put on your system during the install process. All you want is Manycam. It's fast and simple to operate.

I cannot pay by credit

Look for a service or local bank that can create for you a Master Card or Visa "Debit" card. It looks just like a "Credit" card, but you have to deposit money into an account and only use that money. A debit card can then be used like a credit card as long as there is money in the account.

If you are working for a company, I recomend this company http://www.payoneer.com/
your employeer can set it up and get you a card. When you get paid, your money goes directly into your card account. I use it... I live in a "Foreign" country also.
