This is an issue, no matter what the company. Yes, they are trained to look at you that way. Till you tell them you will be changing companies....
I would dare to say that not knowing your location, it could be interference of building or other high line electrical, lack of towers, etc. Even going into certain shopping areas create delays on information. It happens here very often, and our whole community knows it. WHY does it always work when you are in church, tho!
there are 2 possible reasons for the problem u mentioned..
either ur phone charger port or its internal connection is defected
or ur charger circuit or wire orits pin is the problem
you can find it by connecting ur phone with system using usb data cable..if it charges then ur charger kit is to replaced..else u must service ur phone
Unlock codes come from the network provider - usually takes around a week after you call up and request it.
I'd avoid other services like shops or websites that offer the service as we've had a phone bricked in the past when a shop did it.
Regards the screen - that can't be a common or easy to fix problem so you need to take it to the shop.
There is a fix. Ok so what you wanna do is power off your Samsung rant then you take out the battery and put it back in. After that you open to the slide pad and hold down the T and Y keys then power it on while still holding the 2 keys after the Samsung logo pops up then you can let go. Keep the slide keys open while it is powering on. You can close the slide pad when your screen shows up then it should be fixed. Well hope this works for you it worked for my moms phone when she was having this problem. Note: If your phone screen freezes or turns white again just redo the process.

Constructive criticism is welcomed.Hi,I'm Ben and -- hopefully -- I can provide some meaningful assistance.Rather than providing you with a written procedure, I think that you'll find the following video tutorial of more value:
Remove the back cover and as you hold the phone face down in your hand, there will be a small black card barely sticking out from the phone. Press in on that card, which is spring loaded, and it should pop right out. :)
