You cant without destroying the phone. A problem like that needs to be repaired by the manufacturer (samsung), they will have to reflash the phone when they are done with the repair. Slider phones are never meant to come apart after being put together once.

You need to disassemble the unit,and clean up behind the Keypad, the little gold fingers, and the Carbon pad, need cleaning.

this is a device issue if you take it to a service and repair center they can look at it and possibly reflash it

it can be unlocked by calling your carrier and they will give you the infomation as long as the account is current and not delienquent if canceled

This worked for me........Plug in the charger, and then wrap the cord around the phone tightly! But no too tight or the whole damn thing will fly out (this happened to me)

You can bring your phone into a service center and they can hook the phone up to a machine and transfer all your contacts and pictures from your phone to the new phone. I work at a Service center it is called a Cellbrite machine

this is not possible. Your contact can only be saved on your phone memory or sim memory.

You cannot save contacts to your SD Card.

you will need to contact sprint directly, they will give you a free code. They just need the imei # and some other information about your phone. That # can be found under your battery.

Change the outer case and keypad which is very inexpensive to do.

try keeping it in sunlight,and let it dry completely, hope it gets worked
