Do you mean you want to delete Picture Mail messages?

If you can't send a picture message, the lg lotus will save it and retry sending it at a later time.

If you want to delete those messages go to:

Main Menu > Messages > Picture Mail> Pending messages> Select message> Options> Delete

Picture mail requires a data plan also. :)

you can try removing the device and repairing it.

check menu opp and look for history or click on your calls and delete history from options there

According to Sprint, If your phone already has the most current firmware installed it will generate this error code when you try to update it. Error code 7777 simply means there is no firmware update available. So no worries, you're good.

I got the same error and message on my LG LX370 when I tried to download the latest firmware on my new phone. I called Sprint and we tried just about everything before a supervisor confirmed that that was all the error code meant.

a few things to take into account, have you dropped it? has it ever been exposed to liquid? of no on both try to take the battery out hold the power button for a few seconds put the battery back in and turn the phone back on if it turns on just a software issue. If not or you said yes to the first 2 questions its possible there is damage to the phone, there is a flex strip that connects the phone to the screen if it gets wet it corrodes and if u drop the phone sometimes it comes unpluged. the flex strip coming unpluged is the most common issue with this phone generaly from over extention of the hinge. "opened it up to far"

Try opening your phone from PC and then copy files from PC.

This is the way it is supposed to be. You are best off placing the @ sign on the home screen so you can scroll to it.

Settings,sounds,volume,scroll down to 9 select that and adjust with volume button!

This is either a memory dump issue that is occuring or water damage. Unfortounately you will need to take it to the Sprint store and have a technican look at it. Depending on their ability, they will either flash it or swap it out. Both options will cause you to lose data so make sure to pull out your MicroSD card before you do so.

To do this update, you have to have internet enabled. The firmware update is supposed to help fix this issue as well as address an issue watching YouTube. If the update is still failing after the internet is enabled which can only be done by unblocking NAI (the sprint reps will know what you are talking about), then I'd say a technician will probably have to look at it. Either way, it's a known issue on the Lotus and they need to fix it free of charge.

usb cord. mine came with my phone as part of the charger. I use windows, and never used a mac so I don't know if its the same process or not.
