I forgot password and can't access in my HTC tytn II, now how can I solve this problem because I need all information????

its a software problem . the phone needs to get a fresh software update. after the software update everything will work fine.

Hey your touch pad would have gone for a toss. Between your touch pad dont have any relation with ur display so thats wy your display is working fine. As you are in contract, you can always go and claim for a free service or also free replacement of mobile. If you argue better you will get a free replacement rather than free service.

Had the same problem. Had the Fuze in a plastic case. Took it out of the case and it worked just fine.

it means the software has corrupted ....go to www.htc.com and select the fuze and the rom should be there dowload it to your pc ..remove your sim card and memory card ...connect to active sync and run the .ruu file(the file you downloaded from HTC ) the onscreen instructions are easy to follow ......make sure phone is atleast 50 % charged

first open and clean and then restart to factory settings
