hi u have to remove the top of laptop .then remove keu board and you can access your fan

Uninstall your your audio driver on device manager. Then re install it back by clicking on action on the device manager window and then scan for hardware changes. It will automatically install it back. Test if it works on skype. If still not, Uninstall and re install Skype.
