Dell poweredge t300 server e1410 cpu 1 error
The e1410 is an error that is reporting an interruption to the CPU processes. It isn't identifying an issue with the processor specifically, it is just saying its processes were interrupted. Normally when you see the E1410 you will see another error listed with it in the hardware log. Do you see any other errors in the log? Also, what is the BIOS and Drac versions at currently? I ask because the server being very out of date can cause issues like this as well.
Let me know what you see.
Power supply
It's one of two things, you have something loose and your fan is rubbing on rubber in there, you just need to take it apart use some air duster and dust it out and see if anything is rubbing or second option is that your power supply has gone out completely and will need to be replaced.
Dell T300 memory config error
Verify size and type off memory. Also the slots used are a variable. There should be DIMM configuration table on the removable panel or better yet look for the manual.
Server Randomly Reboots
First, go to Dell's website and update all the firmware and install the latest version of Dell Server Administrator. DSA has logs information not logged by Windows. Next, take it outside and blast the fans with compressed air, make sure all components and cables are properly seated in their slots/sockets, turn it on with the cover off and make sure all the fans are spinning. Many servers will increase the fan speed if they detect the cover is off so this is another possible cause to the problem. Finally, Dell servers have lifetime support, this number should work: (800) 945-3355Good luck!BTW: A temporary workaround might be to use a network controlled outlet that you can remotely turn off and on. Your UPS might be able to turn outlets on and off or you could get a stand alone network controlled outlet. Some can actually ping the device and turn power off and on again if it stops replying to pings. (E.g. IP Power EV-9255 IP

I have blue background and no desktop
Hello,I will assume you are trying to connect to another desktop from the server... You may need to setup share properties on the desktop to access it from the network. If you are using VM software on the server and having this issue, you need to reconfigure the VM setting for your user access level. Good LuckC2S
I have a dell power
