how do I get my dvd to work it says loading and the after 30 second it reads no disc?

your not being clear if its a laptop PC or other, PC are 4 screws and in some cases a catch somewhere, maybe the front of the PC case comes off so the DVD unit can slide out the front, Laptops are normaly 1-2 screws under the laptop with in about 4-5 inches area of the DVD unit.

That is normal for DVD/TV's the dvd is setting it self only takes about 15-20 sec. If still making noise after this problem with dvd

Problem is in either power supply or the Y-Sustain board.

The Y-Sustain is a relatively large board out of which go connections to the side of the display; it's therefore closer to either the left or the right side of the display, has at least one rather large heat sink on it and fat power cables connecting it to the main power supply.

Often there are fuses on that board - one or more.

if they are blown you can try to replace them, but expect them to blow again - usually the whole board needs to be replaced.

If it is only the screen going black but the TV remains on and you can hear audio, then there is a problem with the backlight. It could be due to bad capacitors or it could be a faulty inverter. It requires repair by a competent engineer.

that could be that the back light is on it's way out but if you turn it on from cold and the screen takes a bit to come on then don't worry as it could take a while longer before needs replacing
