the is a fuse on the board if you follow the power line on the board back to the main power board you will find it. also test the volts with a meter just make sure you have volts. some of these models also have a thermal switch that then the tv hit a surtan temp the fan kicks in.

Its the Aud io module. It's not expensive usually first board where the main power line goes in. It's probably the smallest board in the TV. I told my repairman the problem and he told me to change that and he even ordered the part for me and I changed it and it's been better that it ever was. Mine does the same thing, I took the three screws that hold the cover on the AVC out,removed the cover and put a fan on the boards that are behind the power light,that the cable to the tv connects to,and mine has not done it sense,not sure how long but the problem is that when under heat something in that area is failing.or this is a engineer problem not adequate amount of air flow on there AVC,s.Because of the amount of complaints for the same exact problem
