I had the same prob,first thing u need to do is to hold on ps3 power button for 4-6 sec until the ps3 resets and turns off.Next unplug and replug yr hdmi/red white and yellow wires in.Then turn ps3 back on it should adjust in 8seconds.

I was just reading everyone’s comments regarding not being able to find the Emerson LC320EMXF 32′ LCD TV code for the Comcast DC50X Digital Transport Adapter. I’m using the Sylvania code of 11864 and the Comcast DC50X remote seems to work fine. Hopefully it’ll work for you as well.

On the remote there's a button labeled "screen mode". Depending on what you're watching this will change the screen to what you like.

HDMI cable will work great just plug the HDMI into the laptop and into the TV then select the HDMI for the input and you should be good to go

you have faulty t-con board

I am currently working on the same problem. There is a simple test you can do to determin for sure that it is not one of the six inverts. Unplug them all. Plug each one in one at a time. Unplug from wall everytime. The tv will backlight even off just one. The tv is turning off due to a safety/protection feature. Once it senses the high voltage the tv will shut off. If you plug one in and the back light will not come on anymore you can fix your tv for $16. Pn/ 3pc0xB001

If the TV is plugged into an active outlet, and the power indicator isn't working, most likely you are dealing with a power supply failure. There is a chance you could have a main board failure as well. I would recommend getting a proper diagnoses before buying parts !!!
