TRY HARD RESET

1) Start->Settings->System tab->Master Clear->1234->ok

2)Press soft-reset for 15sec.

3)Remove the battery, Simultaneously hold volume(-) button and red hangup button, while still holding those keys, insert the battery and wait for the led to go out, release keys and device will hard reset

the 3rd option really worked for me

when i have switched on my phone the screen comes blue and doesn't respond

you can copy his message and past it back in a message to him, or forward the message back to him.

How to delete your Pandora account

First be certain to take the back off the phone and of course any cases, then of course the battey. Pat everything dry as gently as possible and then completely immerse the phone battery and cover in the dry white rice. Try to lay the phone flat and don't "shake& bake" as this is likely to get pieces off rice in the phone. This can keep the phone from working or it may just rattle around in there forever which is annoying and a REALproblem if you get it wet again Leave the phone for at least 24 hours then reinsert battery and try to charge up and turn on. 1. Go to settings option.
2. Check the regional settings option to confirm the country for english language.
3. Then go to Multilingual support, in that check the country option in US english.
4 . Then go to control in Multilingual support and select English with arabic support.

Then restart the set and check the language.
