u have to open ur laptop physically, then remove the cell of bios, n put it again. the bios of ur laptop will forget every thing.. n u can reset it according to ur own will.:)

press F2 or F8 or F10 or F11 while your ur laptop is starting.it will automatically go to a menu, which will ask u how to start ur laptop in windows or in safe mood. then select safe mood, in safe mood u will become the administrator and u can change the password.or u can take ur important take using usb.

First you must check your microphone is muted in your sound card settings in control panel.if it is ok ? you can re install your sound card driver some time your microphone is not detected by sound card driver.

Replace the keyboard. Buy one from EBay cheap.

Turn it off immediately and take the device in for service. It could be a fan malfunctioning, which could lead to overheating problems.
