Sorry the problems,ur tv it is having,it can't be repair,the tv Plasma screen panel itself it is shorted and dead,that why the tv plasma screen panel have only a third of the plasma screen panel it have a good clear picture and the other 1/3 of the tv plama screen panel is black and dead.The tv that have a broken or shorted dead plasma screen panel it is not worth repairing,because only way repair it is by replacing the whole entire plasma screen panel itself.The tv plasma screen are about 90% of the cost of the tv and can't buy it anywhere else except the tv corporations dealers themselves.Sorry tv now,only can be salvages for those electronic boards for parts that it.

Be sure that your signal is strong enough coming through the HDMI or coax. If your signal is strong enough, it may actually be your TV's power supply needing to warm up.

Fuse is located on the power supply board inside the TV.

Your input cable is in wrong slot...switch around and it should work.

sounds like you have a bad capacitor(s). my TV did the same thing, so I removed the back of the TV and looked at them and noticed (9) of them were bulged at the top ( should look flat). I am no electrician by any means but was able to replace them with a slightly higher voltage myself for around $45 instead of someone servicing it for $400

this happened to me about a week ago. It was my cable box. If you have a cable box,unplug it from the electrical socket Wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in. give the box time to gather all info and then retry the tv.
