Water running out of small orifice in back of unit
If that small orifice you're speaking of is just above floor level. That's the drain plug for draining the tank. It may simply be loose and needs to be tightened or it was cross threaded when it was last drained and reinstalled.
In either case, turn the unit OFF and unplug it. Remove the drain plug and drain the unit as you normally do. Then reinsert the plug, and tighten it, being careful not to cross thread it or over tightening and cracking it. Although your model has an evaporation feature, there are times the bucket needs to be emptied.
I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
We want to take this
I assume this is a freon based unit being it has a window exhaust kit(I just looked it up). The freon tank contains some oil to lubricate the compressor. I would not suggest lying it on it's side, but if you have no other option...at least let it stand upright for a while before operating it...and maybe only run it for 20 seconds...then let it sit again.....that should allow the oil to get back to where it's supposed to be.
I need a vent hose
If it's the same diameter and cut to length, yes it would. I would recommend using the aluminzed duct, rather than the plastic type.

Worked fine last summer.
It seems like your transformer is bad. Apart from this thereare few things would cause this. First contactor that controls outside unit isbad and second is breaker for outside unit is faulty and will be differentbreaker than the one that turns the inside part on/off, could be outside nextto unit.
Powerfor contactor comes from inside unit; only other problems would be cutthermostat wires going to outside unit. If you are not capable of trouble shooting Iwould recommend you call a repairman. If neither the fan nor compressor isrunning on the outside unit it could be possible that the run capacitor wentbad, this item helps both the motor and compressor to start.

I own 2 Haier air conditioners. Same model number,
Condensation occurs when warm, humid air is pulled across a cold fins of an air conditioner and blown out the front as cool, dry air.
What is happening with your air conditioner sounds to be normal operation - here's why:
The condensate usually drips onto the ground from traditional window air conditioner units or through a pipe to the ground from remote air handlers of split systems. Since yours has no place to drain away into soil or waste pipe, it is collected in a compartment that must be emptied, just like a dehumidifier. When the compartment is full, the unit shuts off - otherwise the compartment would overflow on the the flooring or carpet. This could be a very expensive repair if hardwood floors were damaged or carpeting were to become moldy. Even more so if the the space under yours were finished - like an apartment building or if you used this on the second floor of your home - and damage to the ceiling below were damaged.
You could operate the device if it were connected by a hose to a drain at or below the bottom of the connection point (a floor drain, shower drain, etc.) or if the unit were placed on a counter top and allowed to drain into a sink or other drain / waste pipe below the the hose connection point. The hose must not get higher than the connection point at the drain plug on the air conditioner to work properly.
I hope this helps and good luck.
Haier mini split E7 and exterior fan not working
On a Haier Split system a E7 error is a failure of the outdoor inverter PCB and the outdoor power supply PCB. Both will need replacing. Looking around $600 for those parts. Plus fitting. The indoor PCB is very unlikely to be needed.
