these machines have alot of computer board issues,unplug the dryer,go in the back where the cord connects to the block,check the wires to see if they're tight and wired correctly,if it is i would have to say you have a bad board,the only way to tell is by checking with a meter to see,before this happened did the dryer make any beep sounds or anything like that,i've seen them beep and then start up on there own,or has any error codes ever come up,also how old is the cord?if the cord is old it could just be the cord.

unplug wait a minute plug back in see if it resets. most electrolux have E error codes followed by 2 numbers. Press and hold the "Temperature" and "Dryness" buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to do a factory reset. hope this helps.

do you have the model number i know the door has to be open to see it,if not look at your paperwork or send a picture of dryer to see what model you have,there's just a plastic catch that holds the door closed so try lifting up and down on the door or with a screw driver and push on the handle,it should pop open,if it's a newer dryer here's a video on how to change the door around,just showing you this so you can see the parts on the door,there isn't anything electric to hold the door shut like a washer so you might have to get forceful with it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GbJSqYi9iA

what do you mean start it by hand,do you mean if you spin the drum by hand helping it to spin it starts if so you have a bad motor.also next time send the full model number off of the dryer.

if the belt broke it won't start,that isn't a model number?open the door,look around the opening where you put the clothes in and you should see the model number.
