Mine was doing same. Code t0. Open door and hidden by lint trap is the moisture sensor. It's in worst place possible 2 metal bars attached to pink and orange wires. Looking at dryer on lower right. Clean these of lint and problem solved.

I have the same problem with my Samsung electric dryer DV339AEG/XAC. It stuck at 1min cooling forever even though the clothes were completely dried.

I solved the problem after researching online. The heating coil inside the heating element was touching the metal casing. The ceramic insulation was not holding the coil in place in one of the sections, and the coil touched the casing at that point.

I repositioned the coil to allow better separation which essentially moved the coil further away from the casing. Once that's done, the dryer can count down passed the 1 min mark and automatically end the drying cycle, as expected.

No need to change PCB, or humidity sensor, etc.

I tested it before and after the repair using an ohm meter. The resistance across the terminals of the heating element should be approx 10 ohms but no connectivity to the casing. Before the repair, it was reading 5 ohms between 1 of the terminals and the casing. Same reading for the other terminal. Once fixed, neither terminal registered any reading on the ohm meter with the casing, the way it should be.

Make sure you unplugged the dryer from wall outlet before servicing it. A certified repairman should know what I was talking about.

sounds like the capacitor its down in the bottom of the dryer looks like a large fuse

You could spread a sheet on the ground and ask a couple of strong neighbours to try and shake it out... The alternative is likely to be an almost complete dismantling of the dryer. It wouldn't be wise to use the dryer until the ring has been recovered due to the possibility of it shorting the electrics...

Do NOT up amps on fuse, needs only 30 amp fuse, more than that risk of fire. I would replace power cord with new one hardware stores carry them. If old cord plug pronges are burnt, or discolored, should be bright color of brass not dark. Then check terminal block in back for same condition.

Check the circuit breaker for the dryer. There are 2 of them side by side with their handles joined. Sometimes one will trip but not the other. This stops the heating element but not the rest of the dryer.

need to take off front of dryer. to disassemble: 1. take off top. 2. remove control panel. 3 remove screws holding front on.

Thermostats should be close to 0 ohms thermal cut outs also 0 ohms if not then the TCO is bad elements usually 10 to 40ohms

When you rotated to drum you caused to belt to pop off the pulley .it has a safety switch so it won't run if belt breaks . With unit unplugged remove top than control panel than front panel to access bottom to put belt back on just enough room for hands to fix inside

Bad venting causing overheat? bad thermostats hi limit and cycling? thermal cutt off. bad moister sensor in the drum? giving wrong reading and cuting it off?

Obviously your heating element is drawing too much current for some reason. I recommend you stop trying to run it with the heater.

If no screws holding plate in take hammer hit on inside edge to break side loose then take pliers grab plug and wiggle loose and. Pull off

Usually with no error code its almost always in the board ..My suggestion is try to run it through test mode if it wont run through then replace your main board.The papers for this should be under the top panel tremove it look for some papers usually on the left as you are facing your dryer hope this helps
